Commercial Law

 

The firm is specialized in the establishment of corporations, partnerships and other business entities, and assists its clients in the process of obtaining all of the regulatory permits that are required in order to conduct business in Israel. The firm also provides ongoing counsel to boards of directors of companies.

 

The firm advises its clients with respect to the structuring of the transactions, the conduct of due diligence and the drafting of agreements in a wide range of matters. We advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border commercial transactions. We have extensive expertise in structuring, negotiating and drafting complex as well as more standard commercial transactions, in varied industries.

 

 

French Nationality

​

​The child of a French citizen is entitled to the French nationality by birth.  French nationality may be established by petitioning for a French nationality certificate from the Tribunal d'Instance (local court) of the person's place of residence, or if residing abroad, via the French Nationality Office in Paris having jurisdiction over French person's residing abroad.

​

Foreign-born persons with a French spouse is entitled to claim French citizenship following four years of marriage. 

​

Foreign-born persons may request to be naturalized if such persons had a continuous residency in France for five years prior to filing of the request.

 

Inheritance Law

We draft wills in French, English or Hebrew; We present applications for probate/orders to distribute estate; representation in inheritance cases including opposition to applications for inheritance orders/probate. We draft legal opinions/expertises on all aspects of French inheritance law or Israeli inheritance law for legal proceedings in Israel or in foreign courts.

Moroccan Nationality
​

Moroccan nationality is transmitted by filiation (father and mother) or birth in Morocco.  According to article 6 of the Moroccan code of nationality  a child born of a Moroccan father, or a child born of a Moroccan mother is a Moroccan citizen.

​

Our firm is specialized in obtaining Moroccan citizenship or moroccan passeport . The child of a Moroccan citizen, even though he or she was not born in Morocco, is entitled to the moroccan citizenship by petitioning the local Court in Morocco. The petitioner should provide with the birth certificate of his/her father or mother. 

Real estate Law

Contract Law

​Freedom of contract and good faith are  the two basic principles of Israeli contract law. Freedom of contract recognized as a constitutional principle. Freedom of contract extends both to the freedom to enter into a contract (or refrain therefrom) and to the freedom to design the contract's form and substance.
